The self-reflections were vulnerable and grounded. Some discovered a passion they hadn’t fully named before — a desire to step into facilitating or supporting others. Others noticed how easily they slip into their heads, and how inspiring it was to see the group lead with heart. And for some, the biggest learning was simply that showing up as themselves is enough. There was a real sense of people meeting themselves with more honesty and more compassion than they had at the start of the day.
