We formally rolled out SpiralMethod to a group of leaders in February 2022. As both facilitator and participant in the group, I never could have anticipated the impact that SpiralMethod has had on our team. We have learned that vulnerability is a strength, to trust each other, to speak in a more direct manner, to have a natural curiosity in all of our interactions and ask great questions. Our group has many memorable moments throughout the year, but most of us noted that the most memorable part has been the feelings we are left with after a Spiral session: fullness, gratitude, and love for each other.
