SpiralMethod is the first instance of our team really getting to know each other. I was going to write that it accelerates that process of getting to know each other, but I’ve worked with some of these guys for up to 13 years, and this was not the type of connection that was ever going to form on its own — especially not with the whole team. And when you’ve got a room full of leaders with knowledge and experience in their areas, who trust each other and communicate well with each other, that’s a difference. Six months in, SpiralMethod has changed our leadership culture.
